§ 70.05 APPLICABILITY.

The provisions of this Traffic Code shall apply to any person or entity owning, occupying, managing, utilizing, and/or controlling any motor vehicle, motorcycle, camper, trailer, motor home, or other vehicle or mode of transportation identified by this Traffic Code within the city limits of Negaunee.
