(A) The civil fines payable to the Bureau for admissions of responsibility by persons served with municipal civil infraction notices shall be:
(1) Fifty dollars for the first offense within any 12-month period; and
(2) One hundred dollars for a second or any subsequent municipal civil infraction of the same requirement or provision of this code of ordinances committed by any person within any 12-month period for which such person admits responsibility.
(B) This schedule, as amended from time to time, shall be posted at the Bureau.
