3-1-9: STREET LIGHTING FUND AND TAX:
There shall be a levy against all the taxable property within the city of Nauvoo, Illinois, a street lighting tax authorized by law to pay the costs of street lighting in the city of Nauvoo, Illinois. (Ord. 1995-6, 11-21-1995)
