2-2-7: COMPLIANCE WITH STATE LAW:
The Hotel-Motel Tax Board shall fully comply with 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/8-3-1 et seq., which said statute governs the appropriate use and expenditure of all funds created by section 4-2-5 of this Code and this chapter. (Ord. 2004-16, 3-24-2005)
