The Hotel-Motel Tax Board shall present to the City Council each year no later than March 1, an annual budget for review and approval. The format of said budget will be determined by the City Council. Income and expense amounts will be included in the appropriation and levy ordinances annually passed by the City Council for the City. (Ord. 2004-16, 3-24-2005)
