A. Officers: The Hotel-Motel Tax Board shall annually elect a President and Secretary or other such officers as the board deems fit and appropriate for the proper execution of the board's duties.
B. Meetings: Notice shall be given to the public by appropriate method, as to the meeting place and the meeting time of said Hotel-Motel Tax Board. The board shall conduct meetings as are deemed necessary by the board at reasonable times and places and at all of said meetings there will be minutes taken. Compliance with the Open Meetings Act is required.
C. Quorum: No meeting of the Hotel-Motel Tax Board shall occur without a quorum of four (4) members present at any meeting of the board. (Ord. 2004-16, 3-24-2005)
