2-1-1: BOARD APPOINTED:
The mayor may, with the concurrence of the city council at the regular May meeting of each and every year, appoint three (3) persons to act as the board of health of the city. (Ord. XVI, Art. I, 9-18-1899; amd. 1989 Code)
