A motor vehicle that is classified or registered as an antique vehicle is exempt from the provisions of this chapter, as are new and used car dealerships that are duly licensed by the State of Illinois. Automotive repair facilities licensed by the City shall have thirty (30) days, rather than seven (7) days, to remove abandoned vehicles, unlicensed vehicles, inoperable vehicles, and vehicle component parts from its property.
