9-2-1: TIME LIMIT PARKING:
   A.   Fifteen Minute Parking: From and after the effective date of hereof, it shall be unlawful for parking to occur for longer than a fifteen (15) minute period at the following locations:
      The east side of Bluff Street, from the alley south of City Hall to Knight Street, with the exception of two (2) parking stalls south of Knight Street which are reserved for employee parking.
   The city shall place signs notifying the general public, in the area described in this subsection, of the authorized parking areas, but the city may cause to be placed yellow curb marking or some other type of markings appropriate for safety.
   Violation of this subsection shall result in a thirty five dollar ($35.00) fine being assessed against the person or persons found to have violated this subsection, along with any and all allowable fees and court costs.
   B.   United States Post Office, Ten Minute Parking: Within thirty (30) days after the effective date hereof, in accordance with law, the city shall place a yellow curb marking or appropriate sign on Barnett Street, upon the side of the street nearest to the entranceway of the United States post office, said yellow curb marking or appropriate sign to continue for approximately forty feet (40') as the city council shall direct.
   An appropriate number of signs or signals shall be placed as near to the edge of such yellow curb marking that is practical, notifying the general public that the area described between such signs and generally described by the yellow marking upon the curb on Barnett Street shall authorize and permit vehicular parking for ten (10) minutes only, per vehicle.
   From and after the date of such publication, it shall be unlawful for parking to occur for longer than a ten (10) minute period in the area marked by yellow curb marking and more fully described and designated between the standing signs or signals referred to above.
   Violation of this subsection shall result in a twenty five dollar ($25.00) fine being assessed against the person found to have violated this subsection along with any and all necessary court costs therein.
   C.   One Hour Parking: From and after the effective date hereof, it shall be unlawful for parking to occur for longer than a one hour period at the following locations:
      On the west side of Bluff Street between Mulholland Street and Knight Street.
      On the west side of Wells Street between Mulholland Street and Knight Street.
   The city shall place signs notifying the general public in the area described in this subsection one hour parking shall be authorized and allowed per vehicle but the city may cause to be placed yellow curb marking or any other type of marking appropriate for safety.
   Violation of this subsection shall result in a five dollar ($5.00) fine being assessed against the person or persons found to have violated this subsection along with any and all necessary court costs therein.
