8-2-9: NOISY, ANNOYING DOGS:
No owner shall allow or permit his or her dog to cause serious annoyance or disturbances to a person or persons by frequent and habitual howling, whining, yelping, barking, yelling, or any other type of noise. (Ord. 1997-3, 10-14-1997)
