8-1-14: ILLINOIS CRIMINAL CODE ADOPTED:
The Illinois Criminal Code 1 , as passed, approved, and amended from time to time, is hereby adopted by the City. The non-penalty provisions of the Illinois Criminal Code - to the extent that they do not conflict with this Code - shall be controlling within the corporate limits of the City; however, the penalties provided by this Code shall apply. (Ord. 2013-9, 3-11-2014)
