8-1-13: DESTRUCTION OF CEMETERY PROPERTY:
It shall be unlawful for any person to:
   A.   Wilfully or maliciously cut down, break down, or otherwise destroy, injure or damage any railing, fence or other enclosure around or thereon; or to remove, break, injure or deface any tombstone or other stone, or any post, plank or board, or any inscription thereon; or to cut down, destroy, injure or remove any tree or shrub standing or growing upon either of such cemeteries.
   B.   Destroy, injure or disturb, or in any way molest any tomb, vault or grave within any cemetery of the City, with the intention or purpose of removing any dead body or clothing, ornament or jewel therefrom; or aid, assist or encourage another in so doing, without the written permission of the Cemetery Committee.
