A. No person shall be allowed, and it shall be unlawful, for any person to fire or discharge any cannon, rifle, musket, shotgun, pistol, revolver or other firearm, or anything that throws a projectile, within the limits of the city, except by permission of the marshal. This subsection shall not apply to persons shooting on their own lot for the protection of their crops.
B. No person shall carry concealed about his person any pistol, revolver, dirk, knife, dagger, razor, metallic knuckles or other dangerous or deadly weapons, or any person who shall display or flourish any such weapon in a threatening, reckless or dangerous manner in the city.
