A. No person shall be allowed to keep an assignation house or house of prostitution in the City, nor shall it be lawful for any person to let, lease or rent any house or tenement in his possession in the city for the purpose of keeping such house.
B. It shall be unlawful for any person to appear in any street, alley or avenue or in any place of resort in the city, in any disguise or in any dress not belonging to his or her sex, or in any lewd or indecent dress; nor shall it be lawful for any person to make any lewd or indecent exposure of his or her person in the city.
C. It shall be unlawful to post up or publicly exhibit any indecent picture, writing, character or design, or write, cut, paint, carve or engrave on any fence, building or other structure or thing in the city, any vulgar or obscene writing, picture, character or design.
