A. Intoxication: It shall be unlawful for any person to be drunk or in a state of intoxication on any street or thoroughfare or in any public place in the City.
B. Open Bottle Law: The consumption of alcohol or beer in the City Park or on any public sidewalk or street is prohibited. Any person violating the provisions of this subsection is guilty of a Class C misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty (30) days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
