8-1-4: IMPERSONATE PUBLIC OFFICERS:
It shall be unlawful for any person, not being an officer of the City, to personate himself as a police officer of the City, or other officer of the City vested by law with police powers. (Ord. VI, Art. II, 9-15-1899; amd. 1989 Code)
