8-1-3: UNLAWFUL ASSEMBLAGES:

It shall be unlawful for any two (2) or more persons to assemble together to do any unlawful act, or, being assembled together, to proceed to do any unlawful act, to the injury of any person or the property of another, or to disturb the peace of or terrorize other persons.
