It shall be unlawful for any person to:
A. Be guilty of any noisy or riotous conduct, or to engage in any quarrel, or to use any profane, abusive, indecent language, or to make any loud or unusual noise or sound in any street, thoroughfare or other place within the corporate limits of the City, so as to disturb the peace and quiet of the City, or any family or neighborhood therein. B. Disturb any lawful assemblage of people, or any public or private school, by rude, noisy or indecent behavior or otherwise.
