6-4-3: PERMIT SUBMISSION:
The applicant must complete and submit the application for demolition permit to the city clerk seven (7) days prior to the regularly scheduled city council meeting. The building inspector will review the permit and project site and if the property lines are in question, will inform the adjacent property owners concerning the application for demolition permit. The building inspector shall submit his remarks and decisions to the Nauvoo city council which will then review the permit, the building inspector's remarks, and decide to approve or disapprove the demolition permit.
