A violation of any provision of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) per day up to a maximum of one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00). The city shall notify the establishment operator of such violation and allow the operator thirty (30) days to cure such violation. Each day the violation continues past thirty (30) days of notice shall constitute a separate offense. If the city seeks court intervention to obtain compliance, the violator also must pay all court costs and fees associated with the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter.
