4-3-3: LOCAL LIQUOR CONTROL COMMISSIONER:

As provided by an act of the state of Illinois entitled "an act relating to alcoholic liquor", approved January 31, 1934 , the mayor is and shall be the liquor control commissioner in and for the city, and as provided by said act, such commissioner may appoint a person or persons to assist him as such commissioner.
