4-3-2: DEFINITION:

The term "alcoholic liquor" as used in this chapter shall be held to mean any spirits, wine, beer, alcohol or other liquor containing more than one-half of one percent (0.5%) alcohol by volume, which is fit for beverage purposes. (Ord. 228, 3-5-1934)
