Any person convicted of a violation of any section or provision of this Code, where no other penalty is set forth, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed the maximum fine imposed by 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/1-2-1 for any one (1) offense (currently $750.00) and may be required to pay related fees and costs.
