A. Notice Of Violation: Any person found to be violating any provision of this chapter, except section 3-4-7 of this chapter, shall be served by the city with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations.
B. Penalties: Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for herein, shall be guilty of a violation of this chapter and on conviction thereof, said person or persons shall be fined in an amount not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00), nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each violation.
C. Revocation Of Permit: The city may revoke any permit for sewage disposal as a result of any violation of any provision of this chapter.
D. Liability For Violations: Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the city by reason of such violation. (Ord. 1980-9, 5-4-1981)
