A. It shall be unlawful for any person to break, cut, mutilate, injure, remove or carry away any tree, bench, seat, stand, structure, fence or other thing whatsoever in or about the public parks or grounds belonging to the city.
B. It shall be unlawful for any person to play any game or games in said parks or behave in a disorderly or indecent manner so as to disturb or annoy visitors at, or persons residing near the park.
C. It shall be unlawful for any person to sell anything whatsoever in public parks, except by permission of the mayor or city council. (Ord. XXXV, 9-18-1899; amd. 1991)
