3-3-1: CONTROL AND SUPERVISION OF PARKS:

It shall be the duty of the city marshal to take special control and care of the public parks of the city, and see that the same are in good repair and condition at all times, and he shall cause to be prosecuted any and all persons who shall violate any provision of this chapter. (Ord. XXXV, 9-18-1899)
