§ 50.019 PERMITS REQUIRED FOR ALTERATIONS AND EXTENSIONS.
   (A)   No consumer shall supply water to other families or permit them to take it, except for use on the premises and for the purposes specified in the application.
   (B)   After water is introduced into any building or upon any premises, no person shall make or employ any other person to make any tap, or connection with the work upon the premises, for alteration, repairs, extensions, or attachments without the written permit of the Water Superintendent as in the first introduction of water in or on the premises.
