§ 50.018 SEWERAGE CONNECTION; BACKTRAP REQUIRED.

Any person who connects with the sewerage system shall install or cause to be installed in the outlet service line a back-trap to prevent the backing up of sewage into basements. Any person now making use of the facilities of the sewerage system of the city shall install such a backwater trap within 30 days after the passage, approval, and publication of the ordinance codified in this subchapter.
