(A) There is established an increase of the base rate and a 2% increase in the rates and charges for the use of and for the service supplied by the waterworks system of the city beginning November 19, 2019, as follows:
(1) Rate 1: Water service only.
(a) For the first 1,500 gallons, or part thereof, per month: $20.50;
(b) For the next 10,000 gallons per month: $0.90 per 100 gallons;
(c) For the next 88,500 gallons per month: $0.80 per 100 gallons;
(d) Over 100,000 gallons per month: $0.70 per 100 gallons.
(e) Minimum charges shall be $20.50 per month; and
(f) Bulk water shall be sold at the plant site at the rate of $0.69 per 100 gallons.
(2) Rate 2: Nonresident water service only.
The charge for property serviced by the water system of the city which property is located outside of the corporate limits of the city shall be 50% higher than the rate computed under Rate 1 of this division (A); and that Rate 1 shall hereafter be applicable only to property serviced by the water system which is located within the corporate limits of the city.
(B) Rates and charges beginning September 19, 2016. There is established a 10% increase in the rates and charges for the use of and for the service supplied by the waterworks system of the city beginning September 19, 2016, as follows:
(1) Rate 1: Water service only.
(a) For the first 1,500 gallons, or part thereof, per month: $13.86;
(b) For the next 10,000 gallons per month: $0.84 per 100 gallons;
(c) For the next 88,500 gallons per month: $0.74 per 100 gallons;
(d) Over 100,000 gallons per month: $0.66 per 100 gallons;
(e) Minimum charges shall be $13.86 per month; and
(f) Bulk water shall be sold at the plant site at the rate of $0.66 per 100 gallons.
(2) Rate 2: Nonresident water service only. The charge for property serviced by the water system of the city which property is located outside of the corporate limits of the city shall be 50% higher than the rate computed under Rate l of this division (B), and that Rate 1 shall hereafter be applicable only to property serviced by the water system which is located within the corporate limits of the city.
(C) Rates and charges beginning September 19, 2017. There is established a 5% increase in the rates and charges for the use of and for the service supplied by the waterworks system of the city beginning September 19, 2017, as follows:
(1) Rate 1: Water service only.
(a) For the first 1,500 gallons, or part thereof, per month: $14.55;
(b) For the next 10,000 gallons per month: $0.88 per 100 gallons;
(c) For the next 88,500 gallons per month: $0.78 per 100 gallons;
(d) Over 100,000 gallons per month: $0.69 per 100 gallons;
(e) Minimum charges shall be $14.55 per month; and
(f) Bulk water shall be sold at the plant site at the rate of $0.69 per 100 gallons.
(2) Rate 2: Nonresident water service only. The charge for property serviced by the water system of the city which property is located outside of the corporate limits of the city shall be 50% higher than the rate computed under Rate 1 of this division (C), and that Rate 1 shall hereafter be applicable only to property serviced by the water system which is located within the corporate limits of the city.
(D) Rates and charges beginning September 19, 2018 and thereafter. There is established an optional 2% increase in the rates and charges for the use of and for the service supplied by the waterworks system of the city beginning September 19, 2019, and each year thereafter.
