§ 50.003 ESTABLISHMENT OF UTILITIES DEPARTMENT.

There is established an executive department of the city to be known as the Utilities Department, and there is created a City Council standing committee known as the Utilities Committee. The Department shall be under the general supervision of the Superintendent of the Utilities Department and shall consist of the Utilities Committee of the City Council, the Utilities Superintendent, and such other employees as may be from time to time lawfully provided.
