§ 32.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

(B) Any telecommunications provider who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects, or refuses to comply with any of the provisions § 32.30 shall be subject to a fine in accordance with the general penalty in § 10.99.
