§ 154.12 HUMAN HABITATION DEEMED UNLAWFUL EXCEPT IN LICENSED MOBILE HOME PARKS.

It is unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to maintain, conduct, or operate any mobile home, used for human habitation, upon any plot of ground in the city except in a licensed mobile home park on or after January 1, 1966; provided, however, that this section shall not apply to any mobile home at its location prior to January 1, 1966.
