(A) All fences shall be set in a minimum of one foot from the boundary lines of each mobile home site.
(B) Fences constructed in the front yard shall be no higher than 42 inches from the ground.
(C) Fences constructed in the rear and side yard shall not exceed eight feet in height from the ground.
(D) A fence at least six feet in height from the ground shall enclose all swimming pools to prevent unauthorized entry into the pool area.
