(A) A copy of state application to accompany city application.
(B) Each application for a city license shall be accompanied by a copy of the application to the state for:
(1) A permit to construct a new mobile home park;
(2) A license to conduct or operate a mobile home park;
(3) A permit to alter a licensed mobile home park; or
(4) A permit to reduce the number of licensed sites, as required in “An Act to Provide for, License and Regulate Mobile Homes and Mobile Home Parks” (210 ILCS 115/1 et seq.)
