§ 152.165 DEFINITION.
   A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT is a comprehensively planned development containing residential land use on individually owned lots under continuing unified control. A PUD is recognized only as a special use under an R-2 Zoning District. A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT must be reviewed, evaluated, and approved by the city as set forth in the PUD special use permit requirements.
