§ 152.112 ZONING COMPLETION CERTIFICATE.
   (A)   Upon completion of the construction or alteration, the Zoning Administrator shall inspect such building, and if it conforms to the plans and this chapter, he or she shall issue a zoning completion certificate.
   (B)   If, at the end of one year, the exterior construction is not complete, a time extension may be granted only by the Zoning Board of Appeals.
   (C)   If not completed within the time limit of their extension, the structure is subject to condemnation and demolition proceedings, with the structure to be torn down at property owner’s expense.
