§ 152.111 ZONING CERTIFICATE; ISSUANCE CONDITIONS.

(A) Upon determining that the proposed construction or alteration conforms to the provisions of this chapter, the Zoning Administrator shall issue a zoning certificate, indicating said conformity.

(B) A zoning certificate shall expire after one year for completion of all exterior services.
