§ 152.110 ZONING PERMIT; APPLICATION.
   (A)   (1)   Information and copies of plans required. Every application for a zoning permit shall be accompanied by two copies of the building plans and of a plot plan.
      (2)   The plot plan shall be drawn approximately to scale and shall show the shape and dimensions of the lot, the location and size of the building to be erected or altered and the intended use of the building and lot.
      (3)   One copy of all plans shall be retained by the Zoning Administrator.
   (B)   Zoning permit fees. Applications for a zoning permit shall also be accompanied by a fee which is established, as follows.

b.   $0.05 per additional ten square feet over 3,500 square feet

a.   $0.02 per square foot    up to 3,500 square feet
b.   $0.02 per each additional ten square feet over 3,500 square feet
Residential structure (including modular housing); new construction
a.   Single-family structure: $0.03 per square foot (excluding basement); minimum fee: $25; maximum fee: $100
b.   Two-family structure: $0.03 per square foot; minimum fee: $25; maximum fee: $125
c.   Multi-family structure (three or more units): $0.03 per square foot up to 3,500 square feet; $0.03 per additional ten square feet in excess of 3,500 square feet; minimum fee: $75
Residential; additions, accessory buildings, structural modifications and repairs, and relocation
a.   Additions to existing structures and accessory structures: $0.02 per square foot; minimum fee: $10
b.   Swimming pools; permanent installation: $25
c.   Relocation of structures:
   i.   To a point within the city limits: $50
   ii.   From a point within city limits to a point outside city limits: $25
