§ 152.094 AUTHORITY TO REQUIRE HEARING.
   (A)   The Zoning Administrator is authorized to require a hearing if, in his or her opinion, such a hearing would serve the best interests of the public.
   (B)   No fee shall be assessed for such a hearing.
