§ 152.075 REAR YARDS; MINIMUM SIZE; MEASUREMENT.
   (A)   On lots of record at the time of enactment oft this chapter rear yards may be reduced by 20% from the requirement of the particular district, provided that, rear yards shall not be less than ten feet in depth.
   (B)   Rear yards may be measured from the centerline of adjoining alleys.
