§ 152.071 DWELLINGS; MINIMUM LOT SIZE.
   In any district where dwellings are permitted, a one-family detached dwelling may be constructed on any lot of official record as of September 8, 1967, the time of enactment of the zoning ordinance codified in this chapter, provided it is at least 75% of the size required in the district.
