(A) In all districts, in connection with every building or structure hereinafter erected which has a gross floor area of 10,000 square feet or more, and which is occupied or will be occupied by uses which require the receipt or distribution of goods or merchandise, there shall be provided on the same premises a minimum of one off-street loading space, plus one additional loading space for each 20,000 square feet or fraction thereof in excess of 20,000 square feet.
(B) Said space or spaces may occupy all of any part of a required rear yard. It may occupy side or front yard space upon authorization of the Board of Appeals.
