§ 152.028 CLASSIFICATION OF ANNEXED TERRITORY.

All territory which is annexed to the city after September 8, 1967, shall be classified as R-1, One- family Residential. However, within a reasonable period of time, the Planning Commission shall, through proper procedures, recommend zoning for said annexed territory.
