§ 152.010 BUILDING PERMITS APPROVED PRIOR TO SEPTEMBER 8, 1976.
   Applications for building permits that have been approved prior to September 8, 1967, the date of adoption of the zoning ordinance codified in this chapter shall be honored, and building may proceed under rules in effect before adoption.
