§ 152.005 REPAIR OF UNSAFE BUILDINGS REQUIRED.

(A) Any part of any building or structure which is declared unsafe by the Zoning Board of Appeals shall be strengthened or restored to a safe condition.

(B) Within a time period specified by, and within the sole discretion of the Zoning Board of Appeals, failure by the owner to bring his or her building into compliance as specified by the Zoning Board of Appeals within the time period designated shall result in condemnation of the building by the city.
