§ 152.003 CONFORMITY WITH PROVISIONS REQUIRED.

Except as specifically provided in this chapter, no building, structure, or land shall be used and no building, structure, or part thereof shall be erected, constructed, reconstructed, occupied, moved, altered, or repaired except in conformity with all provisions of the zoning ordinance codified in this chapter.
