§ 152.002 ORDINANCE REQUIRING HIGHEST STANDARD PREVAIL.
   Where the zoning ordinance codified in this chapter places restrictions on the use of buildings, structures, or yards that are similarly restricted by other ordinances of the city, the ordinance requiring the highest standard shall prevail.
