§ 151.132 AMENDMENTS.
   (A)   Amendments to this chapter may be proposed by the Zoning Administrator, any member of the governing body of this municipality, any Planning Commission member, the Superintendent of Utilities, the Superintendent of Streets, the Municipal Engineer, the Municipal Attorney, or any party of interest. Every amendment proposal shall be filed with the Zoning Administrator, in writing. The Zoning Administrator shall promptly transmit each proposal, together with any comments or recommendations it may wish to make, to the municipal Planning Commission for consideration at a public hearing.
   (B)   Within 30 days after the public hearing, the Planning Commission shall submit an advisory report to the governing body of this municipality. The governing body shall act on the proposed amendment at its next regularly scheduled meeting following submission of this report. Without another public hearing, the governing body of this municipality may either accept or not accept the proposed amendment or may refer it back to the Planning Commission for further consideration.
