(A) Where the construction of required improvements as performed varies from the plans filed and accepted as hereinbefore required, record construction drawings refleeting as-constructed conditions shall be filed with the Municipal Engineer.
(B) If such construction does not vary from said plans, reproducible drawings of all required improvements shall be filed with the Municipal Engineer in accord with requirements indicated in the minimum design standards.
