§ 151.095 STREET NAME SIGNS.
   (A)   Street name signs of the size, height, and type accepted by the municipality shall be placed by the subdivider/developer at all intersections within or abutting the subdivision or development. A street which is planned as a continuation of an existing street shall bear the same name.
   (B)   Street names shall be sufficiently different in sound and spelling from other street names in this municipality so as to avoid confusion. The subdivider/developer shall purchase street signs from the municipality for purposes of standardization, and shall bear all costs of installing the street name signs prior to acceptance of the final plat, and in accord with the minimum design standards.
